Welcome to the site...The first week of the new job is over and all going ok! The new role is at King's College London, looking after their web and intranet. I'm based on Drury Lane which as I've discovered is right next to Covent Garden, Holburn and very near Leicester Square.

Since I've started working in London I've started to 'pound the pavement' walking around the place so I decided buy a pedometer and record the distace. Yes, I'm sad!!! Here are the latest three records:

Shouldn't have laughed but...
it was quite funny when the train driver stopped at Harpenden but forgot to open the doors before leaving!!
I stopped laughing when a pillock pulled the emergency cord to get off and we waited for 30 minutes while the driver reset lots of alarms.

My particular interest in photography lies in wildlife and landscape images.
I have a Canon EOS 450D with a 300mm Tamron lens which I am learning to get the most out of. I have a number of images here to show my progression or you can view my Flikr profile.

In order to improve our relationship with our horses Nadia and I have become a students of the Parelli Natural Horsemanship programme.
Nadia is currently working towards her level three, having already passed her level three online and liberty she just has her freestyle to go.
I've passed my level one and I'm working with my instructor towards my level two online audition. Then I'll have to start getting on and pass my freestyle.
